Conditions for refund


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased through the Internet, you have a period of 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). In this case the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the BUYER and must be done by the same method used in the initial shipment). No refunds will be accepted freight collect. Before making such return the BUYER must contact us within the indicated period by email or phone and will be informed of the return process. Any return without this prior communication will not be received. To be able to accept the return must be both the product and its original packaging in perfect condition, without use, without scratches or broken or damaged packaging and including all documentation accompanying the product and its accessories.


No refunds of the special references requested on behalf of the client will be accepted. The customer must make a proper packaging to ensure transport without damage. Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item (not including the shipping costs) by the same means for which it was paid. In case of payment by credit card, it will be paid on the same card with which the payment was made.


All items are guaranteed by the manufacturer 24 months after the purchase. If it is necessary to use the guarantee in the future, it is essential that you keep the invoice issued by ONULEC. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty. In the event that, after verification, the manufacturer determines that there is no manufacturing defect and that it is due to misuse, the product will be available to the customer for its withdrawal, in person or by a transport agency that determines or Your shipment by the company to freight collect. In no case THE SELLER will assume the costs of sending the product to the client, in this case. To exercise the right of guarantee, you must first contact by email or telephone and inform us of the failure of the item, indicating the invoice number and if you wish, sending photos to expedite the process. Our customer service team will indicate the process to follow.

Attention: Not all manufacturers accept an article change. Depending on the after-sales policy of each manufacturer, it will be sent for repair or replaced with a new one. In turn, the management of the guarantee, in some cases is managed by THE SELLER and in others, it is the PURCHASER who must contact the manufacturer directly.
