Generating an order expresses the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the purchase conditions, as indicated in the "I have read and accept the Conditions of purchase" box of the order form.


ORDERS:

Orders can be generated through the Internet through the url https://www.onulec.com/tienda and must be correctly filled with all the required information. Once an order has been received, we will send you a confirmation of the purchase to your email. In the event that one or several of the products of the order can not be available due to force majeure, the order may be canceled after communicating to the customer and refunding the amount if paid. Likewise THE SELLER reserves the right not to respond to an order if it considers that any of the details of the purchase order, the BUYER's identification data, form of payment or data of any other nature are fraudulent, erroneous or incomplete.


PAYMENT METHODS:

Our online store has all the security measures required to comply with current legislation and ensure peace of mind for our customers and users. In addition, our online store has an SSL Certificate that guarantees the privacy of connections, offering a security bonus.

Wire transfer

When selecting as a form of payment bank transfer, in the last step of the purchase you will obtain confirmation of your order, where you will also be informed of the number of our bank account so that you can make the bank transfer. It is very important that you indicate in the order number in the bank document, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 business days from the day you placed the order to be able to validate it. Until you receive the amount of your purchase, the order will not be understood as confirmed and therefore will not be processed.

Credit or debit card

You can place your order by paying through the payment gateway (TPV) of our bank (Bankia) with your credit or debit card.

The bank cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

The purchase price will be charged to the customer's bank account, usually instantaneously or within a few minutes of making the payment and this will be considered effective after confirmation of the bank POS, which is usually immediate In the case of that the POS will inform of the denial of the card, the order will be canceled automatically, informing the client of said cancellation.

Payment with paypal

You can make your payment through your Paypal account or with a credit or debit card through Paypal. The cards accepted by Paypal are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

The payment by paypal has a commission of 2% on the value of the purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS:

From Onulec we make our shipments through the transport agencies Tip-SA and Correos Express.

  • The specific expenses of each shipment will depend on the total weight of the order and destination, being detailed before confirming the order. In any case the most common cost of our shipments ranges between € 3 and € 8
  • Orders over 150 euros net (taxes and fees not included) will be Free .
  • The delivery is considered made at the moment in which the carrier has delivered the products available to the customer and the latter has signed the delivery compliance document. The customer will be required to check and verify the status of the products and expose all claims that may be justified in the delivery document.

DELIVERY TERM:

The delivery time for the products in stock is 48 hours from the delivery of the order from our facilities. In the case of stock breakage, the estimated delivery time will be from 7 to 10 days.


Delivery time is understood as the delivery of goods from our warehouses, not being attributable to ONULEC the delay of the means of transport. 

Upon confirmation of the order you will be informed of any sold or discontinued product, being able to modify or cancel the order totally or partially.

DELIVERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Check the status of the order at the time of delivery and before the delivery man leaves. In case of checking that any of the items is damaged (scratched, broken, wet ...) please state it on the delivery note of the agency and contact us within 24 hours to process the claim. If verification is not possible, enter "REVIEW PENDING" on the delivery slip.

If you receive a defective item (accessories are missing, it does not work ...), you must contact us to process the change for a new item within a period not exceeding 48h from the time of delivery. The ports would be borne by Onulec.

If upon receipt of the order there is an item that does not correspond to the requested, you must contact us to process the change within a period not exceeding 48h from the time of delivery. After the deadline, the BUYER must take charge of the shipping costs to our warehouses. In either case, first the article in question will be collected and after checking its status, the new one will be sent.


RETURNS AND PRODUCT CHANGES:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased through the Internet, you have a period of 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). In this case the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the BUYER and must be done by the same method used in the initial shipment). No refunds will be accepted freight collect. Before making such return the BUYER must contact us within the indicated period by email or phone and will be informed of the return process. Any return without this prior communication will not be received. To be able to accept the return must be both the product and its original packaging in perfect condition, without use, without scratches or broken or damaged packaging and including all documentation accompanying the product and its accessories.


EXCEPTIONS OF CHANGE / RETURN:

No refunds of the special references requested on behalf of the client will be accepted. The customer must make a proper packaging to ensure transport without damage. Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item (not including the shipping costs) by the same means for which it was paid. In case of payment by credit card, it will be paid on the same card with which the payment was made.


WARRANTY:

All items are guaranteed by the manufacturer 24 months after the purchase. If it is necessary to use the guarantee in the future, it is essential that you keep the invoice issued by ONULEC. Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty. In the event that, after verification, the manufacturer determines that there is no manufacturing defect and that it is due to misuse, the product will be available to the customer for its withdrawal, in person or by a transport agency that determines or Your shipment by the company to freight collect. In no case THE SELLER will assume the costs of sending the product to the client, in this case. To exercise the right of guarantee, you must first contact by email or telephone and inform us of the failure of the item, indicating the invoice number and if you wish, sending photos to expedite the process. Our customer service team will indicate the process to follow.
